Quality Assurance

The core objective of BDR Stainless is to provide services in accordance with our client’s needs and expectations in a cost effective and efficient manner. Regular maintenance of all plant equipment and machinery and the use of quality materials ensure that project timeframes are achieved.

BDR Stainless has established and maintains an effective Quality Management System planned and developed to satisfy the requirements of AS/NZSISO 9001:2008 and we comply with the Act, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Industry Standards.

BDR Stainless also has a number of industry standard systems, processes and Quality Assurance (QA) processes in place to ensure that our client’s receive the best service possible.

These include customer service and client feedback processes, a customer complaints process, QA processes, an Environmental Management System (EMS), a Safety Management System and a list of affiliations and certifications that can be provided at a moment’s notice.
