Project Name: Rotary Freezer
Description: BDR Stainless were requested to manufacture Glycol Lines for a Rotary Freezer for placement in the Weiss factory in Toowoomba. The Rotary Freezer snap freezes the ice bars for packaging the ice cream for nation delivery. The lines were fabricated in Schedule 10 pipe 150mm Dia.
Challenges: The main challenge was working in a live plant environment and complete the project well within critical time frames. The objective was not to disrupt the manufacturing process
